Chairman
Malka Komaraiah, a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience in the education sector, has dedicated his life to uplifting children through transformative learning experiences. As the Chairman of DPS Schools, he has been instrumental in shaping these institutions into centers of excellence. His vision and dedicated service have enabled DPS Schools to enter a new era in education.
He is renowned for integrating technology, education, and research to make DPS an exemplary institution that prepares capable students to meet the challenges of the modern global scenario. Under his leadership, DPS has achieved remarkable growth, setting benchmarks in academics, infrastructure, and student development.

Founder and CEO of Born Bright, Yasasvi, is a young entrepreneur and an alumnus of DPS, Nacharam. With a great sense of responsibility to make the nation a better place, he stepped into the field of education and takes a keen interest in the upbringing of our group of schools. Trained at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, in the field of civil engineering, he is invested in exploring, learning, and creating distinct opportunities for all.
He completed a minor in business psychology and entrepreneurship from University College London. He is an angel investor and growth hacker from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Balaji Arun Educational Society and leads from the forefront with various projects that capture the attention of the young generation.

Management needs to enhance the quality of school leadership and make it more attractive. All the four policy levers of leadership viz skills, responsibility, accountability, and distribution of leadership, taken together, will be the pivoting future. Managements of education system need to enhance the quality of school leadership and make it sustainable.
Fast-changing potential of digital tools like robotics, blockchain and artificial intelligence, and how they can be integrated and used to equitably boost teaching, learning and administrative performance. Continuous professional development is essential to equip educators with the skills needed for modern classrooms.
